Eligibility

Refunds are available for unused credits requested within 7 days of purchase.

  • Request must be submitted within 7 calendar days
  • Credits tied to the request must be unused
  • The purchase must be made through an official Hit-Song checkout flow

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not available for credits that have been used, expired windows, or abuse-related account restrictions.

  • Partially or fully consumed credits
  • Requests beyond the 7-day window
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations

How to request a refund

Contact support with your account email, order identifier, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional verification to protect account security.

  • Include order ID and purchase date
  • Use the same account email used for purchase
  • Allow support time to verify credit usage status

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and card network.

  • Policy review: typically within 3 business days
  • Payment reversal: usually 5-10 business days after approval
